Orders placed within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date will require payment in full at the time of ordering.
The remaining balance for orders is due 1 Week before the scheduled pickup date.
Items DO NOT come individually wrapped unless requested. (i.e., cake pops, cookies, etc.)
Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Orders cancelled on or before 5 days from the scheduled pickup date will not be refunded.
Inspiration pictures are wonderful, however they are not my work or designs. I strive to match inspiration picture details, however, confectionary design is unique to each baker. No two items will be exactly the same. Design elements may need to be changed due to the availability of products and timeframe in which the order is due.
Pickup times are scheduled with other pickups in mind. Please adhere to your pickup time. There will be a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled time to pickup. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your order will either be placed outside on my porch table or cooler (weather permitting) or you may be asked to pick up at another time.
Kara's Confections is not responsible for any damage to your order once it leaves our hands or in the event you are late and your order needs to be placed outside for pickup. Place ALL ORDERS on a sturdy, flat surface for transportation. Orders should not be tilted or left to slide around your vehicle during transportation. DO NOT put orders on the seat of your car!
ALLERGY ORDERS. I am happy to accommodate orders that are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and nut free when possible. Please note, all products are made on SHARED MACHINERY.
Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or Square. Cash Payments Will Not Be Accepted.
RUSH ORDERS. A 10% Rush Fee will be added to all orders placed within a 72 hour window.
Delivery is available for Wedding Orders Only.
