Order Policy

Orders placed within seven days of the scheduled pickup date will require payment in full at the time of ordering.
A 50% deposit is required to book all orders.
The remaining balance for orders is due 3 days before the scheduled pickup date.
Inspiration pictures are wonderful, however they are not my work or designs. Kara’s Confections strives to match inspiration picture details and elements, but please know that confectionary design is unique to each baker. No two items will ever be exactly the same. Design elements may need to be changed or altered due to the availability of products and timeframe in which the order is due.
Items DO NOT come individually wrapped unless requested. (i.e., cake pops, cookies, etc.)
Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Orders cancelled on or before 5 days from the scheduled pickup date will not be refunded.
Pickup times are scheduled with other customer pickups in mind. Please adhere to your pickup time. There will be a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled time to pickup for your. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your order will either be placed outside on my porch pickup table (weather permitting) or you may be asked to pick up at another time.
