Order Policy

Orders placed within seven days of the scheduled pickup date will require payment in full at the time of ordering.
A 50% deposit is required to book all orders.
The remaining balance for orders is due 3 days before the scheduled pickup date.
Items DO NOT come individually wrapped unless requested. (i.e., cake pops, cookies, etc.)
Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Orders cancelled on or before 5 days from the scheduled pickup date will not be refunded.
Pickup times are scheduled with other customer pickups in mind. Please adhere to your pickup time. There is usually a 15-30 minute window between order pickups. This ensures a smooth transition of items with no complications or customers feeling rushed. Please try your best to stick to your time.
Kara's Confections is not responsible for any damage to your order once it leaves our hands. All orders, regardless of the item and it's size, should be placed on a sturdy, flat surface for transportation. Orders should not be tilted or left unattended to slide around your vehicle during transportation. DO NOT put orders on the seats of your car!
